Jeff Davis understands the need to ensure quality long-term care. His grandmother had Alzheimer’s, and received care in her own home from two caregivers who provided practically full-time care. He saw the importance of well-trained caregivers who could keep his grandmother safe, and living with dignity in her own home. And as the President of the Port of Olympia and a small business owner, he understands how to balance budgets and set priorities so that we can protect the most vulnerable.

• Improved training standards and federal criminal background checks for long-term care workers
• Lifting caregivers out of poverty and stabilizing the long-term care workforce
• Preventing any more cuts to home care services for seniors and people with disabilities
